blond: Traditional, natural beer with high fermentation, plus secondary fermentation in the bottle. Brewed ever since 1856 in the unique family brewery 'De Halve Maan', just 100m from the hotel.

Bruges' Beers are also nicknamed the 'Brugse zotten' (literally the Madmen from Bruges).

Tripel 9°: Authentic Bruges Tripel beer that is still brewed to the original recipe in 'De Halve Maan' brewery.
Brugge Tripel 8.7°: Historic city beer, powerful Tripel using the traditional blend of herbs referred to as 'gruit' from 'Brouwerij de Gouden boom'.
